Google & Gmail Integration
When you use the Gmail Integration or integrate any of your Google Workspace accounts with Refrens, you will be prompted to grant access to your Gmail or Google Account information.
By enabling the Gmail integration you authorize Refrens to access various aspects of your account, which encompass contacts and the capability to create and send emails through your connected Gmail account. It’s important to be aware that your emails may contain sensitive information, including contact names, private communications, and potentially financial or medical data. Consequently, you understand that the correspondence will be visible to other users within your Refrens business.
Additional Limits on the use of your Google Data
Furthermore, it’s essential to note that Refrens’ use and sharing of information obtained from Google APIs will conform to the Google API Services User Data Policy, which includes compliance with Limited Use requirements.
