Identify your business goals and objectives: The first thing you need to do is to understand your existing sales process step-by-step, see all the bottlenecks in your current process, and where you need help. This will determine the features and capabilities you would need in an ideal LMS for your business.
2. Research: Research and compare different lead management software out there. Look for the one that can replicate your existing process digitally, make it more efficient, and fit into your budget.
For example, I was getting leads from multiple platforms and had to add all this data manually to a spreadsheet.
