Submit a Guest Post

Do you believe you have a topic that will sweep our readers off their feet in terms of the SaaS world?

If yes, then please read this entirely. If these guidelines are not met, your article won’t get approved.

Guest posting is an effective way to help you reach new readers and grow your brand. We want to make sure that the content you submit to us is informative and useful for our readers, so we’ve developed a set of guidelines that will help you get the most out of guest posting on our site.

Each article needs to contain (at minimum) the following requirements:

We’re looking for strong well-researched posts with actionable tips that provide clear examples of the points you’re trying to make. 

Your post should be 100% original and not published anywhere else. The best blog posts include examples, images/screenshots, and external resource links. But please avoid citing our competition as examples.

Topic must be related to:

  1. Freelancing and Skills
  2. Invoicing / Quotations / Proposals
  3. Lead management
  4. Sales CRM
  5. Business Related Tools (example: invoicing software, CRM software, accounting software etc.)

Each article needs to contain (at minimum) the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 1500 words of well-written English material. The article needs to be original and written in English and with correct grammar. Your article will be disregarded if the substance is spun or AI-generated.
  • 3 – 6 images/screenshots. You can put some images with source links.  (All Images should be in webp format & size should be less than 55 kb.)
  • Put at least 2, or 3 examples. 
  • 3 – 4 external links. You must include links to trustworthy external resources that support your post. These external links demonstrate to Google that you are using reliable sources for your information. 

NOTE:  Only one external link from the author will be added; the remaining links may be changed in accordance with relevance and these rules.

  • Your blog should be related to the topic of the article and should be SEO-friendly.
  • Only 1 dofollow link to your website.
  • Please include Meta description and URL in the doc file. 
  • Your post should be properly formatted, grammatically correct and have a meaningful title.
  • The author should have a high-quality writing style that is easy to read and understand by the reader.

Each article should be formatted as follows:

  • Title – (up to 100 characters) 
  • Subtitle – (up to 200 characters) 
  • Introductions – (100 to 200 words)
  • Main body content including bullet points (h2, h3, h4, h5)  – (1500 to 2000 words) 
  • Conclusion – (up to 100 words)
