Customer Relationship Manager in Surat

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, helping them get the most value from Refrens, addressing their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our platform.

As a key part of the customer success team, you will act as the bridge between customers and the company, understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and help them maximize the value of Refrens.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through product adoption.
  • Proactively engage with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and business teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions.
  • Monitor customer health and take action to reduce churn.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM tools.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology products is a plus.
