1. Surface Preparation: i. Repairing the minor damaged cement flooring if necessary due to formation of dents and pot holes and repair with suitable epoxy mortar material Stanrose Epocrete and make surface suitable for flooring. ii. Cleanliness: The entire area will be properly cleaned on the concrete surface/floor. iii. Joint filling: Vacuum the joints if necessary to remove all loose material and mix the mortar with proportionate Stanrose Staroxy material for ensuring surface consistency and preserve it into the control joint tightly. Scrape off the excess material to be in flush with the floor surface. Allow the mortar to cure for minimum 6 hours. 2. Application of Staroxy 103 MOT Primer: i. Mix Component A and B (i.e. Resin and Hardener) mixed primer material Staroxy 103 MOT Primer into a mixing pail at the specified ratio and mix the contents thoroughly using suitable tools. Apply it on the prepared surface and spread it over the recommended area by using a steel trowel/ brush or roller. Ensure that the entire area is covered evenly. Allow curing for a minimum period 6 hours. 3. Self-leveling Screed Staroxy 109 MOT Screed Application at 1000 microns: i. Mix Component A and B of screed application material Staroxy 109 MOT UL Screed into a mixing pail at the specified ratio and mix the contents thoroughly using a stirrer fitted with a paddle. Add the filler gradually (if provided separately) and mix it thoroughly to get a homogeneous mix. Pour the mixed material on the floor and spread it over the recommended area evenly by using a steel trowel at 1000 microns thickness. Run the spike roller over the surface to remove any air bubbles. Allow curing for a minimum period of 6 hours and maximum 12 hours for over coating. 4. Self-leveling Topcoat Staroxy SL 1000 Topcoat Application at 1000 microns: i. Staroxy SL 1000 Topcoat is a four-component system. Colored Resin, hardener, filler and pigment supplied in pre-measured packs. Pour the entire contents of resin into the mixing bowl, add hardener and mix with a stirrer and add the color concentrate (if provided separately) and mix to obtain a uniform homogeneous mixture, then add and mix filler gradually. ii. Transport the mixed material to placement area pours the contents on the floor. Spread them evenly over the surface using a steel trowel to obtain a uniform and even surface. Continue the operation without allowing any joint to form. Run the spike roller over the surface to remove any air bubbles. Allow to cure for a minimum period of 24 hours, before allowing any foot traffic.
