• Assisted in turnaround of Food & Beverages segment by changing business model from ‘Honesty Market’ to ‘Revenue Share.’ • End-to-end negotiation with payment gateway vendor for utilities payments, achieved savings of 0.4% on total utilities • Conceptualized the idea of setting up alliance with event management companies to conduct MICE for additional revenues stream. • Collaborated with design team to analyze the utilization of Conference Rooms (CR) in 17 locations; recommended conversion of CR to private offices having expected savings of INR 1.5+ Cr per annum. • Recalculated Royalty paid to WeWork Global by revisiting contractual interpretations; achieved savings of INR 8+ Cr in CY19. • Achieved cost reduction of INR 1.3+ Cr by optimizing number of printers installed and renegotiating the printer rental contracts. • Cooperated with operations and sales team to evaluate commercial feasibility of reselling the Hot Desks to prospective members working in US & UK shift; pilot runs expected in January 2020. • Framed the travel & accommodation policy for national and international travels; defined the purpose of travel, & approval matrix. • Computed & highlighted loss incurred due to delayed & incomplete inaugurals; ensured amendments to future ramp-up plans. • Conducted regional training boot camp for 100+ community team members to develop better understanding of P&L.

I am a passionate business finance professional with an educational background of Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary.

Till Aug'20 I was associated with WeWork to manage the Business Finance for entire South region (BLR & HYD) and FP&A. India. Major responsibility involves partnering in profitable revenue growth, and Optimizing Opex by working closely with CXO’s, Business Leaders and Stakeholders.

I have also been associated with Cyient Ltd and Boston Consulting Group handling ~$150 Mn business portfolio spread across 15+ countries, where I was recognized and awarded by CFO as the “Most Valued performer and “Most Valued Team Player” in a short span of 4 months of joining.
