I graduated from the Government Law College, Mumbai in 2016.

I have worked in the capacity of a corporate, banking and finance lawyer with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (New Delhi) and Fox & Mandal (Kolkata). I have extensive experience in advising domestic and off-shore lenders, private limited companies and public sector undertakings.

Some notable transactions that he has participated in are:

(1Advising the committee of creditors in connection with the insolvency resolution process of Bhushan Steel Limited (India's largest recorded debt resolution for approx INR 60,000 crore);

(2) Advising PFC, REC, BHEL and SBI in their different funding activities and financing transactions;

(3) Advising Asian Development Bank, Yes Bank, DEG and other lenders in their financing of Renew Power's 7 renewable energy plants across India; and

(4) Advising Fotowatio Renewable Ventures BV their fund raising through issuance of debentures to International Finance Corporation.

I have also advised clients on security enforcement and execution; commercial disputes; arbitration; business transfers; protection of intellectual property through licensing arrangements; commercial contracts like service provider agreements and non- disclosure agreements; shareholders' agreements; debt restructuring and securitization documents such as mortgage instruments, pledge documents, deeds of hypothecation and personal / corporate guarantees; debenture documents; trust deeds; real estate agreements and conveyances; and joint development agreements. He has also drafted notices and policies for various entities.
