Refund Policy for TGL’s Organic Instagram Growth Services
TGL guarantees a minimum of 500,000 views on your Instagram content within the first 90 days of initiating our organic growth services.
A qualified view is defined as:
A genuine view on your content from an active Instagram user.
Organic in nature (not bots, fake traffic, or paid ads).
Generated through TGL’s strategies of content optimization, distribution, and engagement.
The guarantee depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
TGL is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in your information.
The guarantee will be void if there are:
Deviations from agreed payment terms.
Non-adherence to TGL’s framework and posting strategy.
Delays in content/resource delivery.
Interruptions caused by external factors beyond TGL’s control (e.g., platform algorithm updates, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour strikes, pandemics).
If the guaranteed number of views is not achieved, TGL will continue to provide organic growth services and additional optimisation efforts until the 500,000 views target is met, at no extra cost to you.
The guarantee will be void in the following situations:
You validate the effectiveness of TGL’s service by achieving a viral post (100k+ views on a single video/post).
There is general non-responsiveness or delays from your side totalling more than 15 days. This includes:
* **Failure to provide necessary content/information.**
* **Lack of timely approvals or feedback.**
* **Any other inaction that impedes the effective continuation of campaigns.**
You will be eligible for a refund only if:
The 500,000 views guarantee is not met within the initial 90 days.
TGL continues to work on your account for an additional 90 days, without achieving the 500,000 views target.
Token payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or via email.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment.
If you are eligible for a refund:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Example: If you paid via Bank Transfer, you will receive a direct Bank Transfer.
Note:
Your bank may cause additional delays beyond the 7-10 business days stated above.
In rare cases of cross-border payment restrictions, TGL may process refunds through trusted payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, PayU, Payoneer, CCAvenue) using a corporate Credit/Debit Card.
