1) HR Executive from 2014 until now – as HR Generalist in MGEC for Electrical Engineering Co. ,mainly have the following responsibilities:-

• Effective and fast recruitment processes

• Providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall.

1- Re- Organizational Development:

• Advice, review and provide recommendations on the appropriate aspects of core programs (e.g. Invest to Save, New Ways of Working and other efficiency initiatives) so that the company can readily identify and effectively achieve targeted productivity.

2- Re-Recruitment:

• Effective and fast recruitment processes

• Providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall.

• Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system, etc.

• Compensation & benefits thru calculating the balances of annual leaves for each employee according to his salary rate.

5- Re- Appraisal Performance:

• Settle the criteria for the Monthly or Quarterly performance appraisal for the various categories of staff.

6- Tasks related to Training.

• Record employee list that are trained.

• Records of training specialist and training suppliers.

3) SPINE ENGINEERING COMPANY - CAIRO - EGYPT.

CAIRO, EGYPT – (October 2007) till (March 2010).

Job description

• Compensation & benefits thru calculating the balances of annual leaves for each employee according to his salary rate. And also determining the value of the bonus to each one on the basis of his performance appraisal.

• Handling all the leaves (annual; sick; vacations; etc.) by updating the records and balances for each employee in each sector.

• Settle the criteria for the Monthly or Quarterly performance appraisal for the various categories of staff.

• Assist General Manager in the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, and select highly qualified candidates for the company.

• Review Applications, conducts initial phone interviews and screening interviews for all candidates.

Job description

• The main role for the agent in this job is to make the passenger enjoy the convenience and efficiency of fast track immigration at over many international airports with such service.

• As the passenger arrives at the airport to fly to his destination, or touchdown in his chosen location, I was waiting for him.

• Meeting the passenger at the air-bridge for arriving passenger or at the curbsides for departing passengers, my task is to ensure that the stress and strains of the airport are smoothed away along with the queues.

• A friendly face escorts the passengers every step of the way, removing language barriers and lengthy queues through customs and immigration and making sure that all his specific requirements are met.
