Interior Design

A complete interior design project, including concept design (sketches, moodboards, etc.), all necessary drawings (floorplan, 2D drawings, technical drawings, etc.), per room. The final price will depend on the expertise and experience of the interior designer and the complexity of the project

Painting

House painting per square meter of roof, labour only. Additional costs apply for paint purchase and any accessories. The average cost is usually R60 / sqm.

Building and Renovation

- Construction: Includes the cost of materials required to build the outer shell of the building, such as bricks, cement and windows. - Specialist items: Cupboards, lights, kitchen and bathroom fittings; and so on. - Professional fees: Professionals who will need to be involved in the construction of the home include the quantity surveyor, architect, various engineers and geologists. - Miscellaneous fees: Such as travel and accommodation fees for remote sites, administrative fees and planning expenses. NOTE: The full pricing will be determined by the size of the project
