It is an On-Demand Content-based program with guided sessions to appear for the Certification Exam conducted by the Directors' Institute - World Council Of Directors. The program fee mentioned is for On-Demand Modules (35+) on the Learning Management System of Directors' Institute's ESG Expert Certification Program. This is to make sure that the participant has consumed a sufficient amount of content to comprehend better. 3. Profile presentation to World Development Corporation's Clients does not guarantee employment with WDC's Clients. 5. There are bound to be updates in the Rules and Regulations by Global Bodies, World Bank, United Nations, SEBI and MCA, which the participant must also refer to from time to time. 6. The sessions are dated and the content developer tried their level best to keep all the content updated. The part of the sessions/guidance shall not be considered legal advice for the purpose of the Board Practice. 7.
