MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AVAILABLE: Extrusion Blow Moulding Injection Blow Moulding Stretch Blow moulding Injection moulding Vacuum Forming Glass moulding With the above manufacturing processes available to us, we are responsible for all technical aspects of packaging: concepts, costing, engineering drawings, model and mould approvals, “first runs”, AQL, C of C”,DMF’s, traceability, etc. BASE MATERIALS WE WORK WITH: High density Polyethylene-Reg & High Gloss Low density Polyethylene-Medium Density Polyethylene Poly Vinyl Choride (PVC) reg. or Food grade Polypropylene-Reg. & High Gloss OPET PETG Polystyrene-Medium or High Impact K-resin PCR resins Teflon Nylon Acrylics Glass (Type I-II-III) Aluminum We will help you in selecting the right material, from a compatibility point of view, shelf life, costing to meet your budget, product image, etc. If a stock container does not meet your needs, we will work with you to develop your own mould from concept design to engineering and costing, to deliver a Quality container and closure that will suit your needs, including dispensing closures with the latest lining materials available and/or a dispensing system. SHRINK FILMS: PVC and PET sleeves for Tamper evident, Plain or Printed. PVC and PET tubing in roll form Plain or Printed. PVC and PET sleeves for unitizing two or more Packages. PVC and PET printed sleeves for labelling Purposes. PETG material is also available for all above. DECORATING PROCESSES AVAILABLE: Silk Screening Hot stamping Pad Printing Label Application Etching and or acid frosting on glass or OPET Heat transfer label In mould labelling (limited to tubes and some containers) Offset, gravure or silk screening deco on tubes Litho on metal cans and tubes. We will supply Print limitations for the container chosen to assist you in developing the Artwork. We will also look after the art prep, films and screens for you.
