Has been operating since 1997, PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. (COMPANY) has been planning to shifted inspection plan of their assets from Time-based into Risk-based to support Engineering and Maintenance program. As first step, in 2016-2017, COMPANY has developed a web-based software to maintain integrity of its assets called AIDA (Asset Integrity Database and Analysis). This software was designed to maintain COMPANY assets database and also be able to conduct risk assessment in order to produce the inspection plan, but limited only for PV. A number of 254 PVs was registered and assessed through AIDA to produce the inspection plan for each PV. As a continuation of previously RBI project, COMPANY has planned to improve AIDA by developing RBI module for piping system and conduct RBI assessment for amount of piping system including assessment for remaining PVs.
