In this role, you will work closely with our customers, helping them get the most value from Refrens, addressing their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a key part of the customer success team, you will act as the bridge between customers and the company, understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships.
